As Repro Mac Operator, you will be responsible for:
?Working in the pre-press department
?Using Preps 5 daily and imposing jobs
?Producing soft proofs and wet proofs to ensure clients receive a press ready PDF for approval
?Communicating with clients on a daily basis to ensure each job is approved and pushed to production as fast as possible
?Working daily with the production teams to ensure jobs suit the fastest and most economical production output

Key attributes required:
?Full understanding of pre-press and production set up for digital and lithographic printing
?Experience with Adobe suite of applications ? Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat and QuarkXPress
?Knowledge of any workflow (Trueflow, Apogee etc.) a prerequisite
?Knowledge of Pit Stop Professional or an alternative PDF correction tool is essential
?Knowledge of Prinergy Evo Prep 6 is not essential but preferential
?Imposition knowledge and experience
?Full understanding of colour matching, colour correction and manipulation

Busy and demanding but very rewarding, for this role to suit you will need to have lots of energy, a can-do attitude and be happy to roll up your sleeves as required to keep the work moving out the studio.
